Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced the Blu-ray release of The Vampire Diaries: The Complete Fifth Season, which stars Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, Steven R. Mcqueen, Kat Graham, Zach Roerig, Candice Accola and Michael Trevino. The hit CW series fifth season arrives on Blu-ray/DVD/UltraViolet combo pack on September 9th.

The Vampire Diaries: The Complete Fifth Season is presented in 1080p with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround. Special features include:

I wish they had it up on Target.com already since you can't read what the exclusive actually is in that ad.

It's frustrating. Some Exclusives never make it on to Target.com. Some Exclusives aren't even advertised.

I could just barely make out the words "Paley Fest" in the Target weekly ad. This makes sense given the previous Target Exclusives.

Wasn't able to find any of the exclusives at target today and everyone said that they didn't carry the blu ray when the handheld says that they have it.

My brother puts out the new releases at Target and they didn't have any exclusives either. I'm beginning to wonder if they even sent any out to many stores, but at the end of the day he still picked it up for me. There's the Comic Con panel still, so losing the Paley Fest panel isn't that big of a deal.

I remember it took a few days after street date for Masters of Sex to show up at Target stores.

I did not see any copies of either Vampire Diaries S5 or The Goldbergs S1.

I wasn't able to find this at Target on Tuesday morning. Before I bother to check other stores can anyone please tell me is the Target exclusive content on a physical disc or digital?

This makes sense given the previous Target Exclusives.

It's on a physical disc. Unlike previous Vampire Diaries Target exclusives, the bonus disc is not in the Viva case. It's in it's own cardboard sleeve and placed in the slipcase.
