Default What Did Your Inner-Voice Say To You When You First Watched A Blu?!?!

As a follow-up to the thread, "What First Made Your Jaw Drop About Blu-ray?!?!"

What did your "inner-voice" say when you first experienced Blu?

Mine said -- REALLY LOUD -- "Damn! This is AWESOME!"

Does this really need its own separate thread?

Perhaps not, but my Inner-Voice wanted to be heard. Also it is fun sometimes to remember that feeling

Mine said "You are an idiot. Why did you buy that HD-DVD add-on for the 360. You wasted your money you jackass." Then I slapped my inner voice in the face and said to him "Calm down. You're right. I made a mistake, but now I know better. Let me enjoy my Blu-rays."

"What a piece of crap!" it said as I saw the dreadful Ultraviolet. Followed by "..." when I saw the mediocre XXX. Finally it exclaimed "I am so not buy a Blu-Ray player!" as I saw the horrendous first pressing of The Fifth Element.

Thankfully, Blu-Ray has come a long way since then and I have a lovely collection.

Mine said "I'm not very impressed." as I watched the aweful transfer of Christmas Vacation. Luckily, I watched I Am Legend next or I might of saved myself a few thousand dollars. Wait a minute...that's not a good thing!!!

my first blu experience was Disturbia as a blind buy. I literally thought to myself "this image is as good as I could of ever possibly imagined."
