Default Can trophies be deleted from PS3?

Hi just wondering if trophies can be deleted when you delete all game save history etc from the PS3 HDD. Thanks.

Not that I can find. Hopefully the put that in a future update. I would like to delete some games off my list with 0% because I never play single player. (Like CoD:WoW)

Why is there a need to delete them? If you dont care about trophies then you shouldnt care that you have a trophy list and that list has low percentages on it. If you do care about trophies then you have no need to delete them.

So why is this option needed?

Trophy information is saved on a server so you cannot delete them, but I agree there should be an option to delete or at least hide them, the more options people have, the better IMO.

Options = good.

I just don't like stuff from games I'll never play again. I'm proud of the good ones I worked for. Just don't like the random ones.

Yea it makes sense. My friend brought over Midnight Club: Los Angeles ONE TIME and I've had a random 0% slot there ever since.

It bugs me that I have a game with a 0% trophy and that I know I'll never play that game again.

They recently made that possible for Achievements so I don't see it being a problem for trophies either.

Even if you did that it wouldn't matter. Trophies are tied to your PSN account not the HDD.

I can understand wanting to delete 0% games, but what would happen if you deleted games that you had a trophy or two in? Would you lose some of your level? And what would happen if you tried to play the game again? Would you be able to earn the same trophies over again? Would you have to to get Platinum?

I think it would just lead to too many issues being able to delete earned trophies. Games at 0% should be able to be removed though. That makes sense.

I wish I could just turn Trophies off. I don't care for them and find it annoying to see the bubble pop up on my screen distracting me every time I play a game. Then there's the extra menu I have to skip past in the XMB that I wish could be removed. Same with Playstation Home... every time I go over to go to the Playstation Store I have to move off the Home icon when before that update came in it would default to the Playstation Store.

So, in short, I want the ability to turn off certain things and modify what icons show up on the XMB.

BUMP!!!!

Help, My trophies from Uncharted have gone missing. Only 5 away from my first platinum. They where there a few days ago, and when I looked this morning, they are gone.

Is there a reason why they have gone?
Can I get them back without replaying?
Will this keep happening?

Are you playing on the same PS3 as you were before? Have you synced the trophies you gained online (view someone's profile in-game or just view the trophy list in the XMB outside a game)

Playing same console, never played it on-line and view it from XMB (what does XMB stand for, but I think I answered it correctly) outside game. Lent the same game to a friend, and got it back between having trophies and not having them. Could this be the problem? My saved data is still there from completing the game and starting again on a more difficult level with a new saved data block.

I know I would like to delete the Rag Doll Kung Fu trophies because there is no way i'll play that again(besides I don't have 1 trophy for that anyways) but honestly if it's just going to stay there under my server then I don't care because if I delete those trophies or not i'll never play that game ever again.
