Default Quick Netflix Blu Question...

If you have Blus and DVDs in ur que, say like #1-#5 are DVD and #6 is a Blu, does the Blu take precedent? I think a Blu i had after a series of tv dvds just jumped the list, the show didnt say short wait or anything...

The number in the queve takes precedent. For example #4 DVD will be shipped before #5 Blu if both are available.

Keep in mind that if you have movies available in your queue that are available, it doesnt just matter the order(1,2,3,4...etc) it matters which available movie is closer to your shipping location!

I had an instance that a movie that was #1, and available wasn't getting sent to me...it kept getting skipped.

I emailed customer service and they explained that the #1 movie wasn't at "my" shipping location, it was available, but it was at a shipping location in Washington state(my location is Gaithersburg, Md.). It kept sending me the next that was from my shipping location.

I would advise that if you are really looking to get a certain movie, empty your queue and leave the in demand movie in...they will have no choice but to send that movie, as long as it is available.

Good Luck,
Cruiser

True, but recently, netflix shipped me a movie that was in my number one spot and then also sent me the movie in my number two spot because movie one was going to take longer to get to me. I have the one at a time account. They did this about three times. So three times I had two movies out when I was only supposed to have one. I don't know why they did this for me. It seems like some of their policies are hit and miss.

what happens is your number 1 queue gets skipped over because they don't have it in stock so they immediately send you the 2nd...well then they get your number 1 back in stock, usually the next day, and the send that out to you because of their impeccable customer service...lol
