My First Official PS3 with questions - Blu-ray Forum

So I have decided to jump on a ps3 fir 299.00 IM getting it.I have always been a Xbox 360 fanboy but no more I am going to the darkside somebody shoot me some good titles.

anything that is ps3 exclusive = good

xbox 360 'ports' are the same as develoipers dont harness the ps3 power......they just make the games for 360 and port them directly

How much you guys think I can get for my sony Bds350.Or maybe I should just keep it and use it for blu rays .The ps3 for gaming

Pick up a used copy of Uncharted Drake's Fortune or any "exclusive" PS3 game.

I'm just glad to hear that you're buying one. Correct me if I'm wrong but the price was the deciding factor which also makes me feel good about a larger install base that is sure to come in the coming months.

If I were you, I'd get MGS4 or Little Big Planet, two of the greatest games ever. Also, Infamous is a game everybody loves. Uncharted will get you ready for the much anticipated Uncharted 2. Resistance 2 and Killzone 2 have great online multiplayer.

There's so many great games already for the PS3 but better yet, even more coming...Uncharted 2, God of War III, Gran Turismo, Heavy Rain, ModNationRacers. Those are just the ones off the top of my head, I'm sure some of my forum buddies will list countless others.

If you have 2 hdtvs in your house keep the BD player too . . .

Let me make sre Im correct it connect to the internet wireless right no extra equipment required?How long do you think this will last before sony releases a new system.I mean if there dropping price maybe a new system is near?
