New BDP-S300 & PS3

I just bought a new bdp-s300 at future shop on the Canada day long weekend for $539.99 at future shop and sent away for the 5 free blu ray discs. The other day the price dropped on the ps3 to $549.99 so I picked one up at walmart and the clerk there made a big mistake, she said ook now go pick out the five movies you want and so I did. She said this is a new promotion and I walked out with avp, pirates, stealth, first blood and saw 3 unrated. I think she made a big mistake but oh well after getting past the exit door I almost was in a jog mode to my car. I guess I got a very informed person or a new promotion at walmart.

I love both units and the ps3 update went smooth and both units are very smooth and the upscaling on both unit using columbo was out of this world. I have a new 50 sxrd 1080p sony. These last two purchases have been the most exciting in electronics I think I have had since a bought a sony betamax in 1976!!!

Hats off to SONY and BLU-RAY!!!! A JOB WELL DONE!!!
