Wtf - Blu-ray Forum

I have the Samsung bd-p2550. It will only play regular dvds not my blu ray discs. Please if anyone can help me or tell me why this is happening it will be nice.

If your Blu-ray disc is from the same region (or region-free) as your player, I would simply go back to the store (with one of your disks and your player) and try your disc on a Samsung in the store and, if it plays, exchange your player.
