How many games do you play at the same time? - Blu-ray Forum

I wanted to see how many games people play at one time cuz right now I have about 7 games that I'm trying to play at the same time (WET, NCAA 10, Batman AA, Red Faction, NHL 10, Infamous, and Ultimate Alliance 2).

How many games are you playing at same time?

I voted 2 as I would think that is the most I could play.. Maybe 3. I am not a big gamer. Playing Uncharted 2 at the moment and that is taking up all my time. But I would break away for the odd bit of Fifa.. Expecting SuperCar Challenge to be at home for me today when I get home from work so they will be my 3 games for now.. Fifa and SuperCar Challenge are the type of games that you can just pick up and play for an hour or so.. As for Uncharted 2.. Well, I could play that for hours and hours. Couldn’t possibly do that with another game at the same time.

I like to focus on my games so the most would be 2 adventure/online and a third would be a sports game

i out ONE as im only playing madden 10 right now

when GT5 comes out ill play 2 games.

shoot i only own 5 games, and 2 of them are for my wife (guitar hero world tour/metallica)
sao technically i own 3 games

Usually one.

If I start a game, most times I'll play it through to completion of the story mode before switching to another game.

I've done as many as 3, but I didn't really like it as much. I prefer to devote all my time to one, with the occasional visit to another.

Had to go with 5+ as I seem to get bored very quickly with some games. Ones that grab me, I play to completion (Uncharted), others though, will play for an hour then put down for a day or two (LBP).

This is how I am. I managed to finish Batman from begining to end, but I occasionally go back now to try and get my Plat. Same for Infamous. Right now NHL and WET is starting to get my full attention.

Problem with the trophies for me is the kids

. I want my plats, but they want feeding all the time. Right now for me, it is GTA, LBP, COD3, Resistance, Killzone 2,and Burnout Paradise. The other problem is I find Battlefield 1943 (looking to get my 10000 kills) to easy to log into. No getting up to put a disc in(LAZY).

These days it's just 1 game. I think I grew out of the other games like RE, or MGS. Since the online feature came out for Madden back in the PS2 days, that's the only game I play now.

It's one at the moment (KOTOR2), until I get a new PS3 then it'll be back up to about 50 again. Most of the time I have a short attention span.

Once FFXIII is released it'll be back to one again for a few months probably.

Right now I am playing through NfS Shift and alsw working on Killing Machine in R2. But normally I only play one at a time.

I usually juggle 2-3 games at a time unless something new comes out which focuses my attention on it (rare but happens on occasion).

My current gaming "in-progress" projects are:

- Rock Band 2 (PS3)
- Guitar Hero 5 (PS3)
- The Beatles: Rock Band (PS3)

(splitting time between all 3, with a strong preference for TB:RB and RB2)

- Cross Edge (going for platinum) (PS3)

- Final Fantasy VII (PSP, from the PS Store)
- Dissidia Final Fantasy (PSP, UMD disc)

Total games being played at the moment: 6

I voted 4 cause thats all I am going through now, but if I think about it I usually have more than 5 unfinished games that I am working my way through. But If a game is really good I will beat it first then go back to the other games.

Usually no more than 2.

I try to keep the genres different. I don't like playing two fighting games at one time or two racing games etc. Don't have time or interest in RPGs anymore.

For example, I'll play Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Motorstorm PR. Or Resident Evil 5 and Tekken 5 DR.

Just playing one game for now and that is the Uncharted 2 beta or demo or whatever people like to call it. These days I don't play much so I will probably be playing this until the full game is released.

I normally only play 1 game through at a time but I voted 2 since that is more or less my limit for parallel gaming. I'm too OCD to have a lot of things going on at once.
