Just wondering after having a discussion with a couple of buddies about which sport is the most demanding what everyone on here thinks...
I personally think that overall between being mentally and physically demanding I have to say MMA is the most demanding sport there is, I mean what other sport do you get hit in the face, have to wrestle, fight off submissions and another human being all the while the mental part of cutting weight and having to deal with the occasional humiliation of being submitted or knocked out and the only one you can blame is yourself. As for least demanding I would have to say fishing, it is a lot of luck takes no mental ability and even less physical ability... Just wanted to hear everyones thoughts ![]() |
