Making HD Music CDs from Blu Ray Movies - Blu-ray Forum

Hi Guys -

I just looked all over this site, but could not find out how to do this, or even if its possible.

Is there anyway to take a blu ray disc, take the HD music track "only", and put it on a CD-R, and play this CD-R and be able to play this HD music on a blu ray player that can play CD-R discs?

-Will I still get the HD audio quality I get from the blu ray disc?
-If its possible, would this recorded HD mucic tracks be labeled as stereo (2 channel music) or will it play on all the speakers?
-Im just asking because, I have some of Korn's blu ray discs, and was wondering if I can just copy the audio/HD music on CD-R discs and play only the music? Instead of popping in a blu ray movie and fast fowarding to the part I want to play.

Also, it would not be legal to make the copy even if you could; it would be considered Piracy and a subject that is is not acceptable on this forum.

Im sorry if it seemed i wanted to do this, but did not know this. I was reading something on this forums, to as making a DTS HD audio track in 5.1 by recording it onto a cd-r. And I just thought this applied to blu rays as well.

The topic in question, is a sticky on this forum topic by alexander. I just must of read it wrong. Im sorry if I had affended you guys.
