Default How do I burn the DMP-BD30 firmware update?

I've downloaded the update but it doesn't explain how to burn it as. Do I burn it as a data disc or bootable disc?

Extract the EXE, you'll have a .FRM

then burn it with Nero or any burning tool on a CD directly on the disc (no drawer)

Just burn as a data file. No iso or image stuff to do.

If you can't get it, I just did 1.4 and would be glad to mail it to you. Bulldog3777@hotmail.com

Do you have vista?
If so you will run into issues using the built in burning since it doesn't finalize the disk like XP did.
Using a burning software like Nero will be your best bet.
If you use a MAC, change the extention to "zip" and use stuffit to expand.
Then burn the extracted file by dropping it to a blank CD.
