Default Auto Calibrating harman/kardon 1600 AVR

I just bought my new harman/kardon 1600 AVR and the wrong auto calibrating mick was in it. The owners guide says there is a manual setup. But you need to know what speakers crossover frequencies are. My speakers don't have that info on them and i don't have a owners book for them. They are pioneer 9-htd510 speakers and there a least 6 years old. I do have the watts for each speaker.
center 34w
fronts 100w
rears 33w
Thanks for any info.

This information is from Crutchfield on Pioneer HTD-510DV speakers.

Subwoofer:
Frequency Range: 30Hz to 2kHz
Maximum Input: 100 watts
Weight: 10 lbs. 9 oz.

Front Speakers:
Frequency Range: 50Hz to 20kHz
Maximum Input: 100 watts
Weight: 4 lbs. 7 oz.

Center Speaker:
Frequency Range: 80Hz to 20kHz
Maximum Input: 34 watts
Weight: 4 lbs.

Rear Speakers:
Frequency Range: 120Hz to 20kHz
Maximum Input: 33 watts
Weight: 1 lbs. 12 oz.

Set the crossovers to at least 10Hz above the minimum low frequency extension of the speakers. For example, set a crossover of 60Hz to 80Hz for the front speakers.

Read A Guide to Bass Management and Calibrating Your Audio with an SPL Meter to manually calibrate your speakers.
