Default APC troubles...
I have a Sanyo Plv-Z3000 hooked up to a APC ES550 battery back up and last night it turned off on me. This is the second time it has done this and with the PJ on.
Usually, when it turns off cause of an outage it lets me shut what ever I have hooked up to it off. But this one turns off and has a beep emitting from it and will just power off anything that is hooked up to it. And this is a big NO NO with projectors, atleast I have heard.

I am afraid to just plug the PJ into the wall and ditch the APC, cause what of the APC is preventing something that my PJ will not be able to take. But then again I have a A/C connected to the wall outlet aswell and that doesnt get turned off..


I have a second APC (same model) on my MAC and it gives me no problems......

What do you think it is? Should I ditch the APC?
