Default cyberlink troubles

Hello there. I have been having troubles with my cyberlink 7.3 recognizing my blu-ray movies. So I thought I would just uninstall and then reinstall the program from the cyberlink site to see if that would help any. If not I would just upgrade to the full package. well when I go to the web site. On any computer. I get a Bad Request (Invalid Verb) from the site. It doesn't matter which part of the site I go to. I try reloading and everything. It just won't work. This really stinks. Is this the only company that has HD-DVD or Blu-Ray video players for my computer? If they can't even get their site working properly then no wonder their program won't work properly. Sorry for the rant. But this is getting ridiculous. I thought it may be a Vista problem but the site won't open on either of my XP machines or my mac. So it has to be on their end. And I can't send them an email since their contact us link does the same thing.

Cyberlink recommends PowerDVD Ultra for blu-ray. I am not sure whether your version is Ultra. Please check. Also they have an Advisor program that you could download to check your PC for blu-ray compatibility.

The Cyberlink site is currently working and I couldn't see any problems.

Corel "WinDVD9 Plus Blu-ray" is an alternative for blu-ray play back.
