Default Is there flicker/pulsating on Wizard Of OZ

I would have posted it in the OZ thread but I need clarification fast and figured this was best way. I have already had my plasma tv's mainboard replaced last week to try and fix a flickering/brightness pulsating effect and when trying out some blu-rays I think I still notice it. The opening to OZ was terrible with it on the sepia toned scenes. Due to the films age is there what appears to be brightness fluctuations rapidly occuring on this blu-ray?

It seems that it was typical with that Era technicolor. Personnally i almost do not see it on my setup, but some do..
