Issue with Jet Li's Fearless and Hulk BD

I really love the movie and the Blu-ray is very good. There is just one problem with it: Towards the end, after the final battle, when the blind woman looks towards him there is very ugly sky pixel-breakup in the backround, which I find a real shame, because it distracts a great deal from an otherwise flawless presentation.
I initially thought it might be because of my BD software (using PowerDVD, because I am still waiting for ther perfect Pioneer BD player that can be made code-free for DVD and BD), but I also tried it on a SA unit and the problem was still there.

Did anyone else note this issue?

I have a simliar problem with the final battle scene in Hulk, when they fight at the lake. The dark blue sky breaks up pretty badly, but on a SA player no such problem. Is anyone else using powerDVD and experiencing comparable issues (especially with dark blue). Can anyone explain to me what the cause is and how to fix it? I'd really appreciate it!

I think it's even worse than on DVD. Just inexcusable.

For Fearless I did see an instance of digital artifacts that resulted in two or three really small pixels in the air, but nothing of "giant" proportions. I also noticed a bit of aliasing around the bottom left corner of the screen by the grass and rocks, but I think that's more a result of the cinematography and post-production work in digitizing that ghostly look to Yuanjia rather than a transfer problem.
