United Kingdom Star Trek missing digital code - help

I have recently received my copy of the US release of Star Trek blu and the activation code is missing on the insert! The box where it should be is blank!

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way round the code or do I need to send my blu back?

Thanks for any help!

Matt

If you have the actual digital copy disc (and I assume you do), put it in your computer and browse it to see if it has a Help section. If it does, explore that to see if you can send an e-mail to the manufacturer. In the e-mail, explain that your copy was shipped without the code. With any luck, they'll e-mail you back with a code.

Note: I had the same problem with the Matrix 10th Anniversary edition a few months ago. I did this and Warner sent me a new code 2 days later. It should be noted that Paramount produced Star Trek, not Warner, but I would bet they'll help you out the same way Warner did for me.

Maybe they don't want you letting all your friends download it to their computers for free. While you own the disc, the production company still owns the rights to the movie.

True, and I'd make my friends buy the movie anyway But I was thinking more along the lines if I transfered the digital copy to my external HD, and say I wanted to re-set my PC for whatever reason... would I still be able to play that copy from the external HD once I was back up and running?

I'm not sure, but I'm getting a lap top when my Holiday bonus comes in and was planning to transfer my files for music and movies to it.
