For All Mankind (1989) - Blu-ray Forum

Does anyone know if the forthcoming release of 'For All Mankind' will have the original theatrical release soundtrack with all of Brian Enos' fabulous music, or the bastardised soundtrack that came out on the dvd release? The DVD recycled a few tracks several times, omiting some of the best music from the original.
I love this movie, in IMHO it is the best documentary ever made, so I hope it comes out with the soundtrack intact.
Also, I live in the UK and for the moment it seems to be released in Region A only. Does anyone know if/when it will get a region B release?

The review on this site talks of Eno's score, so i assume it's the original. As for the region coding thing, i have no idea. I'll trade you this for a region a version of Che.

Its a Criterion release so it will be locked for Region A.

According to Criterion's website, it lists Brian Eno for the music.

Hello,

The restoration of the original Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack, with Brian Eno's score intact, was supervised by Ryan Hullings. The entire release was personally supervised and approved by Mr. Reinert.
