What is the best Trucker film? I may have missed a film or 2 and if so my bad. But choose from the list of the best on the poll. Also give any favorites and worst Trucker film you have seen. My choices:

Best: Convoy

Favorites: Joy Ride, Maximum Overdrive, Smokey and the Bandit

Cant think of a worst! Got Em!!

White Line Fever FTW! Smokey and the Bandit was fun (back in the day) but Im just tired of it.

What no Over The Top? I know its arm wrestling but still a trucker film. (Although I hate it)

Well Over the Top doesnt count as its not on the poll and for sure BTILC doesnt count! Its not a trucker film! Got Em!!

When I was in high school, I got fired from my job at the local theater because I fell asleep checking this one out on my break....

Let me tell you, it wasn't worth it.

yeah, blind buy for me and i was very satisfied...incredible example of on-your-edge-seat-suspense moviemaking. its a shame films can't take a lesson or two from this work of art...just the simplicity of showing an upclose shot of the hub-cap rotating ever-so-slowly, and zooming in on the tires hugging every piece of teh terrain...a real example of the "bomb under the table" hitchcock suspense

OMG, I would have voted on that one if it was up there. Logistics at the most extreme!!!

Ah well, I voted on "Maximum Overdrive." It's a fun silly B-movie (and was made by Stephen King himself!)
