"trophies will not sync" wtf?!? - Blu-ray Forum

i cannot for the life of me figure out why my trophies, will not to sync up w/ the server.

it stops @ 5% or 6%then it gives me an error with a string of numbers behind it.

i can't view my profile or compare trophies

I have this problem with the COD MW2 trophies for some reason. For me, I just have to try repeatedly and eventually it goes through. No idea what is causing it but have you tried that? I have literally had to try it 10 times once.

I have the same problem. I usually look at my profile, then exit quickly a few times, by the third or forth try my trophies sync.

Is the error number you guys getting 800A027 or something like that? That's the most common error when I synch up, which from what I read is something on Sony's end.

It worrys me a little because i had a case of YLOD a few months back and if something was to happen to my console now all the trophies i have earned in the last couple weeks, which are from demons souls(a lot of hard work) i believe i would lose them since they are only on my HHD and havent been synced with PSN yet

Yeah I've been having some problems with this ever since MW2 trophies. No fun. I just keep trying and trying. And it's a pain because I have a PS3 in two separate rooms but I use the same PSN account so I have to have them sync so I can load them on the other.

It's doing it to me on God of War Collection trophies. I haven't played MW2.

I imagine it has to do with the new Facebook thing, but yes, I'm getting it on my home and work PS3s.

People are saying its most likely because of MW2 and the amount of people playing online right now. I tend to believe that. Don't worry, it's getting better. Just today I had no problems at all. Just wait it out. It has nothing to do with new firmware as this exact problem started for me a day before the firmware update.

I've been getting the syncing error ever since firmware 3.0 was released all those months ago.

Hi,

I am trying to sync my trophies but it is giving an error code 80022A07.Does anybody have the same error? Because of this I couldnt sync my trophies..if there is a solution please let me know.Sorry if this has been posted before.I searched but couldn't find any.just point me to the right thread.

Yeah mine and a few psn friends of mine have been having the same problem as well. after 5 gos updating my ps3 it finally worked..... No idea what the problem is though
