DNA Protocall error? Anyone know whats happening?

What is a DNA protocall error? I keep getting that everytime I try and update a game. I can't seem to keep an internet connection. It's really annoying. How do keep a solid wireless internet connection?

I usually have to try my game update downloads about 10-20 times before they go through. Not exactly sure what the deal is, but a router reset sometimes helps.. I hardly ever have issues in game though on my wireless, just on the updates.

You need to forward these ports on your router

TCP 80 443 5223 10070-10080
UDP 3478 3479 3658 10070

I've had two friends with this problem and forwarding the ports sorted both out.
