Default Want to sell Paradigm V5 Monitors and Onkyo Receiver?

Just upgraded my home theater system. I am looking to sell my old receiver and speakers and do not know how much to ask. They are in excellent contition. Receiver is a Onkyo TX-SR 605 and the speakers are Paradigm V5 Monitors. I have a pair of titans,cc-290,and a pair of mini monitors. Also have Sanus stands that all of these were on. I do not want to ask too high or too low. Where can I find what other people are asking for these? Just to get a good idea on where to start. Thanks for the help. John

I can't say how much they shoud be, but you are the second guy selling some Paradigm speakers in the last week and it is killing me that I don't have any cash right now to spend on a speaker upgrade.....uggghhhh! Good luck OP!

Here is a link to the Equipment Trading/Selling Forum....you will want to start a new thread there when you are ready to put them up for sale....

I'd check Audiogon both for your listing and for what others are asking.

Just happens that I am in the market for an Onkyo receiver. A 605 would be just fine with me. How much?

I personally use Craigslist and I have had great results. You dont have to pay the fees on Ebay that way, or Paypal.

I am in the market for some new speakers for the bedroom. Do you have pics that you could pm to me and we could talk about a fair price?

OP I just sold a 605. I posted it on Craigs List for $250 along with an Onkyo ipod dock for an additional $25. I ended up selling both the receiver and ipod dock for $250. As far as the speakers I have no idea, but it's looking like you won't have any problem selling them when you decide on a price. Good luck.

Just ran into a few snags here. Had some unexpected bills I needed to take care of. As soon as the new speakers come in, alll the stuff I have will be going.

Yeah I've been noticing that lately. I've been trying to sell a couple of things sitting around the house and I would rather not have to ship them due to weight, but everyone keeps trying to lowball me.
