blu ray sound problems

Shadowdragon Junior Member Member since:Dec 2009	blu ray sound problems I recently got both a blue ray player and an HD TV. So far I'm loving both, but there is a problem I was hoping to get help with. I'm just using the TV's speakers, no 5.1 surround or anything fancy. When playing DVDs the sound seems to be fine, but with Blu Ray discs the balance goes way off. When people talk it's so soft it's impossible to hear, but when the action starts it's so loud it rattles the windows. The only way I can watch Blu Ray discs is if I'm constantly turning the sound up and down. Is there something I can do to balance the sound better?
