Default Heroes: Season 2 - Blu-ray Sound problems

Last nite we sat down to begin watching our Hereos Season 2 Blu-ray set. Everything sounded fine UNTIL the show began; the narration was Incredibly Loud and Very Distorted. No adjustment I made would eliminate the overload distortion. I checked other Discs in the Hereos set all were MUCH Louder than my usual Blu-ray playback and VERY distorted, mostly noticeable in the Center channel.
I then played back several other Blu-ray movies with DTS-Master Audio tracks(Independence Day, Planet of the Apes) and ALL was fine, excellent actually!
I have a Panasonic BD-10, so of course, I can only listen to the core DTS tracks.
Has any one else experienced this problem with the Heroes Season 2 set?

Update your firmware, that doesn't work, take it to Circuit City or Best Buy and get it looked at.

Yes, My Panasonic BD-10 has the latest firmware updates.

The fact that other Blu-ray titles with the DTS-MA track played absolutley fine ( core DTS audio tracks), led me to question that the Heroes Season 2 disc were defective.

But at least while we're on the subject of Heroes: S2, and nowhere else to go in the thread, can anyone unhelpfully tease a first-time viewer (who usually runs screaming from network TV, being a guy) who's only halfway through S1?
(Being a guy, I don't usually watch scheduled network TV, and old vengeful Universal grudges made me vow to ONLY watch it on Blu-ray, when-and-we-mean-when the Blu version came out )

1) Please tell me Schizo Girl doesn't turn out to be one of the Heroes...
Yes, I know this is Network TV, where every female character is Maternally Enraged, but...no: Being a lunatic is not a superpower.
It just feels like she walked in from a completely different series--With all the craze for "Schizo serial-killer cop" series lately, we knew it was just a matter of time before NBC would try to jump for its own Female-Demographic Pandering Empowerment-Fantasy version, just in case "Bionic Woman" was cancelled.

2) Is it just me, or does the Indian Guy sound distractingly like Obi-Wan from "Phantom Menace"?:
"Evolution is a strange and mysterious process, Master...But why do I get the feeling it involves another pathetic lifeform?"

3) Yes, there's a REASON why everyone turns on the series to watch the Lovable Japanese Guy (apart from the fact that he's the only remotely sympathetic optimist in the whole preeningly messed-up bunch):
The Japanese have a sense of humor about themselves that American shows will never, ever understand...Ever. We can only imitate.

1. Depends on your definition of "Hero". I think they did a good job with her.
2. No.
3. Hiro is the most interesting to watch because he's one of us- a comic book geek who wants to be a hero. He wrestles with his own fears and powers in an enjoyable way. Not to mention, he's pretty funny.

Season 2 really turned me off of the show overall. I'm watching it next week when it starts up as I've heard good things, but my interest has really waned. Season 1 was great.
