BD party movie suggestions

I'm having a blu-ray showcase party with some friends soon. I want to show a blu-ray at the party, and wonder what movie you think would be the best to show. I want to show something new that some people around here have probably seen, but not all. I live in South Korea, and have imported numerous Blu-rays. What blockbuster movie would be a good hit to show? I'm trying to pick one that hasn't been seen by everyone, yet is great. For example, Apocalyto is one that didn't show here (with English subs, for sure). I am also trying to appeal to both men and women (I don't want my party to be a sausage-fest). It would be great if it were a Sony title, because they often have Korean subs, but I only have 1 or 2 discs like that I could consider for this party. Then I could get some Koreans to come.

Here are the choices:

2. Apocalypto
3. Blood Diamond
4. Casino Royale (has Korean)
5. Layer Cake (has Korean)
6. Dreamgirls
7. Mememto
8. Big Fish
9. The Queen
10. Ghost Rider (sucks, so I doubt I'd show it, but has Korean)
11. Gridiron Gang (has Korean)
12. Stealth
13. Swat
14. Closer (has Korean, but might freak out some conservative types)
15. Rocky Balboa
16. X-men, the last stand


I'm leaning toward Apocalyto, 300, or Layer Cake, which I haven't seen around here at all, and would have Korean.

Ladies will love the straping men, the guys will love the violence. Win/win.

btw, whats with guys these days not wanting to have just a guy party and calling it a sausage fest? Are people that insecure?

I would concur, 300 would be perfect to please all types. Apocalypto is a fine choice as well. How long is the party, could you do both?

If you saw most of the women here in Korea, you'd understand. Hot, hot, hot.

This will include both male and female co-workers, so am trying to appeal to a broader audience.

300 doesn't have Korean subs, but if memory serves, the English moves rather slowly, and you don't need it to watch over half of the film, anyway, right?

i'd say 300, Casino Royale and Blood Diamond

but blood diamond could be tricky if english isnt so good.
Casino Royale i'd chose as it has the Subs and out of the movies you have with sub's thats (in my opinion) best in terms of BR

Nice. There is something about asian women that can not be found anywhere else. I can't put my finger on it but it has to be their small/petite form or their young appearance.
