I was just playing around with this in my cart when it dropped almost £4! The price tracker on this site showed the lowest it has ever been before was £11.88.

For people like me (i.e. in the US), it comes out to about $18 shipped, not too shabby.

EDIT: Forgot to add the obligatory "There can be only one" quote, my bad.

I've read from a few sources that the picture quality isn't all that great and not much of an improvement over the DVD - however, I've wanted to see this film for so long and that's a pretty good prize! Cool steelbook as well!

I own this Blu-ray and even though it's not reference material, it's definitely a nice upgrade over the DVD. The darker scenes sport some intrusive grain, but other scenes, mostly scenic imagery of Scotland, has very nice detail & colours.

Taking into accoun the age of the movie and at that price, I think it's worth it.

Same here it. I kept placing and removing it from my cart. There's no talk of a US release, and I never bought a DVD version so this most recent price drop sealed the deal for me.

As for PQ, it seems that this is probably the best the film will ever look considering the source material.

Well, it looks like they're all gone now as it is only being offered by 3rd party sellers for £17.99 (new) and £11.40 (used). Glad I got it when I did. Hopefully, it won't be cancelled because of some sort of mistake or pricing error.

Just checked, dispatch time is now 1-3 weeks. Ouch! Glad I got it when I did. Mine should be here just before the New Year.

Ordered mine even with the 1-3 week delivery time. It doesnt matter to me lol. Im on vacation anyway. Cant wait to watch this. Hopefully it doesnt come with any dents on the steelbook.

That's 1-3 weeks wait until they ship then whatever your delivery time is.
