Any Simpson S20 Deals out there? - Blu-ray Forum

Simpsons Season 20 comes out on blu in 6 days. I am wondering if there is a way to get it cheaper than $40.99 on amazon. I'm not sure I want to shell out that much.

I think Best Buy will have it for $38.99 which Amazon will likely match in a few days.

I highly doubt it. The season DVDs would retail at about $25 on release day. But I'll shell out my gift certificates for it. Lol. I been holding them.

You can get it as one of the 3 titles in the Barnes and Noble B2G1 free sale going on right now. Really only worth it though if you have a few titles you're looking to get as well, especially criterions and such.

This is a longshot and would depend on your area but there is an FYE closing in my area. For some reason they're still getting the new releases (started closing before holidays and are carrying what was just released on Tuesday) so they may still get S20 of the Simpsons.

They've been selling the new releases at the list price less whatever closeout discount they're offering (currently 25% in my area). It's possible depending on the list price and the % off that it'd be less $$ than other stores. This would be a big YMMV but could work out to be a decent deal depending on if they have it in stock and what the % off is.

BB has the list price as $59.99. If that's FYE's price than 35% off at FYE would make it $38.99, same as BB.
