Default voltage regulator / regenerator

I have a Panamax EX 5500 and it worked flawless for about 5 yrs, a few weeks my new sub tripped the fuses at the back 2x and reset the fuse and
worked fine, few days back i unpluged the unit and plugged it back the next day now the light on the unsafe voltage is blinking and no power
from the outlets on the EX its been blinking for a few days now and wont
turn on, is there any reset button i can switch for this? is there fuse that i can change? i switched my apc voltage regulator and it works on the same outlet with no fuss but the EX still does the same thing........thanks for any replies
