Default Samsung UN46B6000 vs Sony KDL-46XBR10

I am looking at getting a new TV from my bedroom. I have a KDL-40W4100 in there now, but want a little bigger TV. So, this is the forum that knows all. So please help me out with this.

I have a Samsung LN52A650 in my living room, and really like that TV, but I also really like my Sony 40W4100.

So, I am kinda stuck here. What do you guys think?

Here is a far fetched idea... But why dont you pick what YOU like , Our suggestions are basically for support and assistance once you have what you want.. Everyones opinion is different, Both those are nice, the XBR10 is a few steps above the samsung tho.. You might wanna compare a Sammy 8 series to make it fair, but out of the 2 , fully calibrated, Same price.. XBR..

Agree......we don't even know if 3D at home will even have legs.

I know that I don't want to sit at home with those stupid glasses on.

If they could invent a 3D TV without using glasses, they might have a chance.......

I agree-you really should look at the XBR8 if you can still find one-I have the 46" and it is awesome! You just have to find somewhere that has them close enough to each other so you can compare apples to apples. Most importantly choose the one you like !!!!

You should check out the XBR8 it is a great set one of my favorites and is the best t.v. on the market. You can still get on sonystyle.com they should have some left or you can get refurbished ones.

The XBR10 and Sammy 6000 have a pretty big price gap. Seeing both in person, I would pull the trigger on the 6000. But if you find a xbr8 I would do that.
