3-D Effect didn't work in "Final Destination" - Blu-ray Forum

I just watched The Final Destination and 3D didn't really work.. Then I tried "Journey to the Center of the Earth" which was also produced by New Line and that worked fine.. I mean there are minimal 3D Effects but something was definitely off..

Is it a requirement to have a 120Hz or 240Hz TV set in order for these to work?

I just tested mine and there was nothing wrong with it, maybe research a bit on google to see if their are some defectives going around or something.. could be because 3D to be honest is shit on all current 3D DVD/BRs, nothing more then an old gimmick that refuses to die

This may be a silly suggestion - but did you use the glasses that came with Final Destination?

There are at least 3 different types of 'colour filter' glasses all subtly different in shades and colour

Using a set you aquired from a different movie may not work with this one.

Don't worry, I saw the movie in cinemas with 3D glasses and it wasn't all that. Might just have gotten even more lackluster on TV.
