Large Subway Poster Frames

Does anyone on the forum know where to obtain large frames for subway posters such as these:

There typical size is 45 x 59.

(i'm hoping to find a reasonable place that perhaps stocks them, my A.C. Moore said a custom frame would be over $400 )

If you have a hobby lobby close, they run 1/2 price custom framing occasionally. I haven't found any pre made frames that size. Here is a pic of a French Grande poster that they did for me. I think it cost around $300. It is 47" x 62". That was with standard plexiglas. I would have preferred UV plexiglas but they didn't have sheets that size.

Just a wood frame that size (their cheapest one) would cost you $52. You might have to contact them for other things such as matting, backing and perhaps non glare Plexiglas. I think you could build a frame for under $200 from this site with all of the above-referenced items. Hope this helps!

The problem is shipping the plexiglas if it is that big. I found a place locally for non glare uv plexi, but you had to purchase full sheets and they were about $400 a pop.

Unfortuantely there is no way to frame a large poster without spending a lot of money.
