No its not the blu-ray cover which sucks cuz I wanted to see the blu cover but heres the possible DUD cover to give us a little in sight of the blu cover will look like.

Actually I think the cover will be half Optimus and half the Fallen but that's just a blind guess.

I like it. It's simple and effective. The only other artwork I would have thought they'd use would be the one of the pyramids with Prime and Bumblbee's heads floating in the background.

And if it follows the pattern of the release of the first movie, that is indeed the BD artwork as well. The single disc DVD (if there is one) would have different artwork.

The DVD cover for the first one and the BD/HD-DVD cover were vastly different. While this could be the same cover for the BD, I'd like to see what someone else mentioned where it's one side Prime, one side Fallen.

Of course this is all moot for me if Future Shop gets a steelbook.

No. The single disc DVD had a different cover than that of the BD/HD-DVD. The 2-disc DVD release had the same coverart as the BD/HD-DVD.

Really? I only ever see the single disc these days on display and we had a steelbook for the 2-disc DVD up here at Future Shop so I don't even know if I've ever seen the actual 2-disc box art. Learn something new everyday.

Yup. It's still around, actually. In fact, nowadays I see more copies of the 2-disc DVD than I do the single disc version.

I've never seen the 2-disc steelbook version.

The steelbook was a Future Shop exclusive up here in Canada. There were two actually, one with the Autobot logo (with 'PROTECT' written underneath) the other with the Decepticon logo (with "DESTROY' written underneath). I was hoping the BD would get one too, but no such luck. They were pretty nice looking.

I was just in Best Buy recently and they changed the BD box. It's the same box except no Megatron face (BOOOOOOOOOOO!) and all the stuff written on the slipcover is written on the back. Maybe the got complaints
