panasonic dmp bd30 - Blu-ray Forum

I cant get my tray to open on my blu ray player. it is a panasonic dmp bd30.
I have tried the instruction manual and tech support and no luck.Does anyone know if there is some combination of buttons to push to get it to work?

PLEASE HELP>>>

Try pushing both the stop and play button at the same time on the UNIT...not the remote. Press for about 5 seconds until it resets. This might work. Good lucK!

I sometimes get a failed remote command sent to the DVD Pioneer player, I know its an error and don’t sweat it. I press the players button with no issue.

This may be the failing tray problem that has been discussed on the BD30 page and AVS forum. Sorry to hear it happened to you. Have you picked out a new player that you really want?
