Anything soccer on Blu-ray ? - Blu-ray Forum

Im a huge fan of soccer specially F.C. Barcelona from Spain and I was wondering if anybody knows anything that may have been released even international on Blu-ray. Im interested live soccer not movie about soccer like goal. Maybe Champions league finals or World Cup stuff etc... Any help would be greatly apreciated cause I cant seam to find any.

Amazon UK has some but not about Barca. Here's one:

I'm pretty sure you'd want the CL final a year later.

All The Goals Of World Cup 2006 Germany...available in the UK, cannot be played on US made player as I believed the content is 1080i even though its Region AB&C... I have a copy that's why I know...

That sucks. I'm hoping they'll release something about WC 2010 in South Africa later this year.

Wouldn't bother with the Goal! series, it draws you in and the first 2 are amazing then. A horrible horrible let down with the third. dam shame

I'm really excited for The Damned United coming out this Tuesday. Unfortunately I can't order from the internet and no B&M stores around here seem to be getting it in - maybe I'll try MovieStop...

Well if 90 odd minutes of watching little more than Zinedine Zidane's boots and shins (when he was actually on the ball) isn't dull I don't know what is. The filmmaker doubtlessly intended this film to be viewed by overenthusiastic fans who wank at the altar of the Frenchman but pretty much everybody I've spoken to who saw it thought it was shit.

Which it was.

Was quite funny when he got sent off at the end though.

Oh man, Shaolin Soccer, the scene in the first few seconds of their first big game when buddy drives it into the net from mid-field (after the other team is cracking jokes about them) is about the funniest shit I've ever seen.
