Default Updating firmware
Hey was wondering if anyone could help me?

Im trying to update my KDL-46S5100 to fix the red flash issue. Ive done an update before and it worked fine, but for some reason when trying to do this the TV does nothing even with the USB inserted.

My serial number is all zeros as well so I dont know if thats causing my problem.

Ive formated my USB to FAT32 and extracted this file,

onto it. I assume Im doing it right?

Any help is appreciated, I really want to get rid of this red flash/color shift crap lol
