Panasonic VIERA TC-L37G1 or Vizio SV370XVT

I'm trying to move up to a 37" 1080p LCD HDTV, but due to some significant space restrictions it will have to be either the Panasonic VIERA TC-L37G1 or the Vizio SV370XVT.

Could Y'all give me some insight and some comparison between these 2 TV's before I make my final decision.

Kinda off-topic...I went with Vizio's VA370M from amazon for $480. I'm sure there are alot differences apart from the fact that the 370XVT is 2" thinner but I'm pretty impressed with it. That being said most people will recommend Panasonic.
