I received mine in the mail today. The packaging the used for it really sucked. The end that was supposed to open was open and ready to fall out and there was a huge tear on the other side. Amazingly enough nothing was wrong the the Blu's or the the sleeve. I played all three disks and they work just fine. Happy with my purchase.

I received mine in the mail today. Shipped out from the UK on Monday and received in NY on Saturday. Faster shipping sometimes from UK vs Amazon in the US

Ordered at £15.30 (though the listed price was £17.98!) on 2/2, dispatched (as opposed to "shipped"

) on 2/3, arrived yesterday 2/9. Waiting on my Spears & Munsil disc (due tomorrow) before watching the first film---I'm happy enough with the Disney/Sony-disc-based calibration tweaks for general purposes, but for this restoration of The Godfather I want my display as close to optimal as I can get. Great deal; I'm pleasantly surprised it ran as long as it did. Thanks, Grubert.

I have a question for anyone in the US who has this UK edition of the Godfather trilogy. From what I saw online, all discs are region free and should play on a US blu ray player (in my case, a PS3). I was hoping someone could confirm to me whether all of the extras will also play. My concern is whether the extras that were carried over from the dvd release and not put into hd may not play because that are still in PAL format and not NTSC. Thanks for any help.

Paramount always uses NTSC (compatible with American players and displays) for standard-definition content on its Blu-rays across the world, if they are available.
