Envision a Remake of an older favorite!

Use this thread to discuss what you would do if you had a money-is-no-object contract to remake an older game into a modern one.

I'll start the show with one of mine, that I'm actually in the midst of replaying right now:

Shining the Holy Ark
Original: First person RPG from 1997. Bounty hunters chase their mark into an abondoned gold mine where a seemingly random accident involving a UFO takes place. Soon, you learn that it was no accident at all, and now your team shoulders a burden they never pictured.
Plays like a dungeon crawl, but there are multiple cities, caves, and towers that must be explored. Battle system is a simple turn/round based deal.

My remake would involve the following:
Updated graphics (duh). Old version had 3-D texture environments with sprite-like characters. I would use full polygon models for the ppl and more detailed facial features.

Multi-character combo attacks. As it is, Power Attacks aren't just criticals; all have special animations, and some of them have added effects like Sleep. I'd expand on these and have ways of combining special attacks w/ spells.

Magic system tweaks. Current version has minimal influence given to elemental weakness or character magic strength. I would alter things to have Fire work better on undead, lightning work better on aquatic, etc. And have a characters Magic Score influence magic damage and probability of spells like Slow and Sleep working.

Scripting Tweak/Vocal work. Arthur would not a silent protaganist in my version; I would give him lines, a personality and a voice. Speaking of which, here's my voice cast:
