Iron Man has some of the greatest special features. I really enjoyed watching all of them. It only lacks commentary and I would wish for more footage of the actors on set.

Batman Begins also has a lot of great special features.

+1 on Watchmen. The Dark Knight and Rambo have really good special features too.

Watchmen - Maximum Movie Mode, especially
300 - 3 PiP tracks that were interesting
Iron Man - loads of extras
Braveheart & Gladiator - more extras than I could ever sit through

I haven't really dug into TDK's supplements, but I'm sure there are plenty to make it one of the best Blus.

In general, I'm a fan of more "older" (classic Hollywood) films so I love it when a great commentary and documentary(ies) is included.

There may be tons of films with great special features that I actually will never see, simply because I don't care for the movie (style) to begin with. But a few of the Blu-rays I love that have great special features and which I actually own would include...

Gone With The Wind 1939 Scarlett Edition - Okay, so I'm already breaking my own rules. I will have this on April 13th But the wealth of special features I am already familair with since they are currently available if you own the larger box sets. Just the documentaries of "The Making Of A Legend" (TWO hours long), the reflections on the year of 1939 in movie history and the SIX hour MGM: When The Lion Roars features are worth it alone! Yet there also is an interesting commentary by film historian Rudy Bhelmer in addition to an array of other smaller, yet often interesting, features

The Wizard Of Oz 1939 Emerald Edition - Well, if you liked the features on Gone With The Wind, then the technicolor treats aren't complete without the Wind's timeless "sister companion" of 1939! Between the making of documentaries, commentary and that MGM: When The Lion Roars epic (the same as in the Gone With The Wind set), this film is so loaded with (largely great) features that you could spend a full year in Kansas just enjoying all of them!

How The West Was Won 1962 - Just the lengthy "Cinerama Adventure" documentary makes this film a "special features" keepsake all by itself! Yet the commentary is great too!

These are just a few classic films that are my favorites and which also have certain special features that I often find I watch just as much (if not MORE) than the movie itself!

Casablanca (the Roger Ebert commentary) and Pinnochio (the Leonard Maltin commentary) are currently owned favorites of mine as well. If I like a movie then I typically will always appreciate any well-done special features. Where as, a (typically newer) movie might have the greatest special features disc(s) ever made but if I don't care for the movie and wouldn't buy it to begin with, then it really becomes a mute point anyways for me. Sometimes, I wonder if many of these modern films with too-quick shots and wall to wall explosions etc aren't simply made just to sell the special features disc on a Blu-ray release!

Star Trek, also Transformers Revenge of The Fallen. I enjoyed many of Monsters Inc. as well.

I must add the Wizard of Oz

I like that movie also but i would have preferred something along the lines of the first three over aliens. I still enjoyed it quite a bit and it was worth my purchase.

Yeah,i get what your saying with the aliens, but it never really bothered me...It was a little different,no nazi's and no thugee cult but that was also a different time, they were just taking thier love of the 50's alien craze and added Indy...Can't wait for the next one...

The Wizard of Oz Emerald Edition is full of terrific features, I just wish that MGM doc was on a BD too. The Dark Knight features are great too, and I often find myself popping in that second disc more often than the movie. Sleeping Beauty and Monsters, Inc. have a lot of nice extras as well.

I'll have to agree with the 300: Complete Experience. Tons of content there.

I liked the Band of Brothers extras too. Hearing the real stories from the veterans was awe inspiring.

I love the 4+ hour doc on the making of Zombie's Halloween. My second favorite is probably the X-Files Fight the Future, with the killer TV show timeline.

Outstanding feature length HD documentary with never seen before photos of the actual crime scenes and interviews with the actual investigators and survivors of the Zodiac killer's attacks. I actually have it on HD-DVD too because that was how it was first released.

Stargate Ultimate Edition

Not because of the bonus features, but because it is my favorite film of all time on my new favorite format of all time!
