Any suggestions for decent outdoor speakers?

I'm looking for a set of relatively cheap outdoor speakers, $75-100 range. I don't want to spend much on something that's going to be sitting outside for everyone to see is the reason I say "cheap". I've been looking for something to match up to my AVR and it seems everything I come across is either 4 ohm or can only handle ~50W RMS. I need a decent set that is an 8 ohm speaker somewhere around 100W RMS and I'd prefer a 6.5-8" driver although I don't expect to find a lot of the latter in my price range. If I have found something I like or that will work it always ends up being in the $2-300 range and I'm not willing to spend that much on outdoor speakers. Used/Refurb is not a problem either, I'm all about getting $300 speakers for $100!
