Default PS3 Wi-Fi External Adapter

Hey guys, is there a device I can purchase that can be connected to the PS3 via USB that'll act as my external Wi-Fi adapter? I have an original 60GB PS3 and I've noticed that via wireless, the adapter has a hard time locking on to the signal in my house let alone having a continuous stream whereas my 80GB PS3 has no issues at all. In contrast, when connected via a ethernet cable, my 60GB PS3 has no issues at all, however, the last thing I want is an ethernet cable running around, etc. By the way, I have a D-LINK DIR-655 Wireless N Router which is by no means a crappy router either. Thus, do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks.

Ive never had any experience with this issue, as mine is hard wired. But a quick google search came up with something like this. http://www.google.com/products/catal...wAg#ps-sellers

That's used to create a wireless access point off of you hard wired computer.

check into the Trendnet TEW 647GA Adaopter. It will give you N speeds. I have not used one as mine is hard wired. Some people with the other geming console have used it and reported good things. Something to look at.
