Will a Mr. Brooks BD be out October 23?

MGM will be releasing Mr. Brooks on October 23rd, at least on DVD. I may be in the minority, but I thought this was a really cool movie, and I'd love to see it on Blu. Here's hoping this is part of Fox's "back with a bang" release schedule.
