Here is my application for the player. I will be Streaming Direct both audio and video. So audio and video is the same for both. Can you stream video from the PS3? What I need to know is... How loud is the fan on the slim? Is is econimical to use the PS3 for a stand alone player? It would be cool to be able to play a game but that is not priority since I game in my bedroom. I do like the wifi of the slim The huge HDD is nice on the slim Anyone else that has a slim and a oppo what is some advantages and disadvantages?
