Default Crazy Heart Digital Copy - Bad Serial Number
I just opened up my copy of Crazy Heart on Blu-ray and proceeded to install the digital copy on my computer. The serial number provided inside the Blu-ray case was rejected as being invalid. I called 20th Century Fox customer service and the nice young lady explained that some copies got released with incorrect serial numbers. She immediately provided me with an alternative serial number and that one worked fine.

If you find yourself in the same situation with your digital copy of Crazy Heart, give 20th Century Fox customer service a call at 1-877-369-7867 and I'm sure they'll be happy to take care of you.
