Default Samsung LN46B650...opinions please...

Well i was in Sear's today, and they had this as a display model for sale that was a customer return (sales guy had no idea why).....

The tag said originally listed as $1899 but now on sale for $1099....The sales guy also told me that this was Samsung's highest end model they made for 2009 ? is this true ?

anyways, i thought the picture was very nice on it, although all i was able to watch was a rock concert...I would have preferred to see some action sport like hockey or football to see what kind of motion blur this tv has....anyone have any info on the motion blur ?

Also the guy talked to his supervisor who dropped the price another $100 to make it $999...I can also us a Sear's card to make it $899....I can get a 3 year warranty all parts and labor where they come to the house to fix/replace the tv for $299....5 year warranty is $439.....

I'm also a little hesitant to go with Samsung due to what appears as a significant amount of "lemons" , and poor customer service on Samsung's behalf....

any answers to these questions, or any additional thoughts or comments would be appreciated.....

thanks

the 650 is not their high end model, it is a very good tv tho..

it has the automation plus 120 refresh rate so some people like interpoler on some dont (i like it on myself but low)

bestbuy right now has this years model the ln46c630 on sale for $989 just saying..

but all in all it is a very nice tv and some people say extended warranties are a no go, i would pick it up if you plan on keeping it for a while

I work for sears and would give u a way better deal on those warranties. 3yrs $179.99 or 5yrs $269.99 same all in-home coverage. If you are interested in a model from sears and want the warranty for those prices, send me a PM and i'll set up a transfer sale as long as u use a sears card over the phone. I'll send you my store info also if you PM me so you can call the store when i'm working to know i'm legit. I can price match BB for you as well if you do want the c650(PQ is the exact same) but that does void the additional 10% off or 18mo, so chose whichever is lower or better for u.

The local Sears (St Paul, MN) in my area has that very same tv and I was thinking of buying the 46inch floor model they had as well. I love the TOC design as well as the PQ. But the only reason I didnt buy it was because its a floor model and that scares the crap out of me so I passed. If its still there in May I might take the plunge and put it on layaway. But its a good tv and the PQ and design I like alot.
