Hello all!

I have been AWOL for a quite a while

Im gona be really lazy and ask my good friends here to tell me what I have missed!

Blu-ray news? Rumours? Announcements? PS3 news?? 3-D news? Any members scandal?? etc etc!

To those who PMd me while I was away, sorry for taking so long to write back!

Anyway, hope everyone is well and I plan on getting back to being an active member from now on!

Welcome back, Garlad.

So far, you haven't missed that much lately. Uncharted 2 is getting patch 1.07, DLC's up for Bad Company 2, and new PS3 SKUs are released.

For Blu-ray news, Avatar has broken records for the greatest-selling BD of all time (so far), beating The Dark Knight, 3D Blu-rays are going to kick ass, and that's probably it.

So far for me, I've tried to refrain myself from posting a lot, due to a history of post w***e-ness. Also, I've been doing great in the forums.

Speaking of going AWOL from here, where have you been exactly?

Thanks for the update! Good news about Uncharted.. must get back in to it!! I read about Avatar today.. incredible numbers!! I also bought it.. looks amazing!

I had to give the forum a break for a bit.. let's just say, I had a few personal issues

But good to be back! Had hardly turned on my PS3 over the past month too!

Any new site features??

Well, the forums have been redesigned. There is a separate section for other video game consoles such as Xbox 360's, Wii's, PC's, etc. The 3D Blu-ray reviews are now in bold, so that they are easy to recognize from the standard 2D Blu-rays. Other than that, everything is the same.

Cool, I was here when the site got the major changes like you outlined above.. I noticed Avatar was in bold too, but that isnt 3D..

I could be wrong, but am pretty sure the 3D version will be released in 2011, but the Special Edition of Avatar (Special Features, etc) of the 2D release will come out in November.

I read that Sony are bringing out a 3D Blu-ray of the World Cup. ESPN broadcasting live in 3D over in the States I hear too??

Almost all set. Am moving next month and will be re-instating my Satellite service for the World Cup. Have had total and complete football withdrawl for over 6 months. haven't watched a single game. That's why I haven't been on Bobby's thread.

There's a good chance they'll be showing the Sony 3D games at some local theatres. Definately wanna try and experience that. Am about ready to get me the new kit and paraphenalia so I can show my colours and drive everyone at work (especially the Portugese and Italian guys) totally nuts! LOL!

We always have a friendly competition for a free coffee or something...little small stuff, but it's fun.
