It all depends on the aspect ratio of your TV. There are several different variations on the widescreen filming ratios in Hollywood. Directors pick which will suit their visual needs most. In essence, if you wanted to make sure that every movie you watch on Blu-ray is completely filling the screen perfectly, you'd have to buy three or four. So, if you know the aspect ratio of your TV, you can start looking up titles one by one to find those with the same aspect ratio. Or, you could just look up the details knowing the aspect ratio from the back of the cases for the films you mentioned above.
