Phillips NA blu ray players, do they have subtitle shift?

I remember last year that Phillips european blu ray players offered a subtitle shift feature for their blu ray players, mainly to promote their 21:9 tvs, but was a real boon for those with CIH set ups (Like me). Their recent North American blu ray players are extremely cheap and I hope they are identical to their european players by offering subtitle shift and they also offer analog outputs. They look similar to the european models they recently released. Here is a link.

$130 ain't a bad deal even for a cheap blu ray player. I was wondering if this model offers subtitle shift (or something called 21:9 mode)
