PS3 Slim Question

I'm sure there's already a thread about this, but I just wanted to know if you can install your own HDD on the new slim ps3s' like you can on the old ps3s. I use to own a 40 gig PS3 but I put a 320 gig hdd on it. Can you do the same for the new PS3 slim? I'm looking to buy another ps3. I've invested tons of money into my ps3 roughly around 600 worth of stuff, unfortunately I had to get rid of it about 2 months ago. Now things are back to normal and I'm looking to get another ps3. I was thinking of just getting another 40 gig refurbished or used from gamestop and not have to spend $ on the new lineups. I can just buy another 70-80 dollar laptop hdd on it and start all over. Plus I really don't like how the new PS3 slim look. But on Amazon the older ps3s are going for 4-5 hundred, and I'm talking about the 40-80 gig ones! and there not even the backward compatible ones! If i had to get the new slim, I need to know I can just upgrade the hdd again. Let me know guys thanks
