"Pirates of the Caribbean" Framing Problem

Hey,

I heard that back in September 2007, Pirates 1 had a framing issue that cut the heads off the actors in the fight scene with Will and Jack in the blacksmith building.

I want to get the film, but has this been corrected for all the disks now or could I possibly run into a disc with this problem?
